IncluShield sells digital accessibility scanning and reporting services. Because these are digital and service-based products, we do not accept physical returns.
Free Intro Scan
The Free Intro Scan is provided at no cost, so no refund applies.
Paid Services
For paid services, including IncluShield Monitoring and the One-Time Scan, you may request cancellation and a refund before work begins. Once scanning, analysis, report preparation, or delivery has started, the order is generally non-refundable.
If IncluShield is unable to deliver the purchased service, or if you were charged in error, please contact us at support@inclushield.com and we will review the issue promptly.
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.
